Delivery: 3 shRNA lentiviruses + 1 control lentivirus, 1 x 10^8 TU/ml, 3 + 1 ml TAT/weeks: 4-6 Mark: *Notes: 1. Limited to coding genes within 4KB (species: human, mouse, rat), with EGFP fluorescence and Puro resistance by default. Control virus and lentivirus fluorescence and resistance should be consistent. 2. A minimum of 70% interference efficiency at the mRNA level is guaranteed if transfection efficiency is ≥90%. Inhibition is not guaranteed if the background expression level of the target gene is very low (Ct value >30).
